In addition this set is accompanied of a civic square that gives a different character in comparison with the rest of the conventional buildings as for circulation.
First of all we have that the approach towards the library is given by a frontal form by a descending difference that gives a new way of seeing to the building. Besides this, the circulation answers to a square that gives an entry and important dynamism to the building. As for the vertical circulation, the building possesses several elevators and stairs that they allow to the user to communicate with all the levels of the building.
